We are creating software that transforms the experience of libraries, modernizing an essential public education service. With 6 million monthly users in 4 countries, we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to help us amplify our brand.

Marketing and Sales Coordinator

As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the Head of Marketing and our fast moving sales organization with polished content and thoughtful communications. We are looking for a person, not a checklist — here is a guide to the kinds of experience we are interested in.

You will:

  • Write and curate compelling thought leadership content on lifelong learning, library innovation, and civic responsibility.
  • Create useful, user-focused content, presentations and materials to support our incredible sales team.
  • Coordinate relevant events for BiblioCommons including local tech community events and customer-focused trade shows.
  • Connect with customers, responding to requests and questions promptly with empathy.
  • Create and manage a marketing content calendar to deliver consistent value to our incredible librarians.

About you:

  • You have 2+ years of Marketing/Growth experience.
  • You have a proven track record of creating thoughtful, useful content to assist customers.
  • You have a love of, and a knack for the written word — and a portfolio of content work to show it.
  • You are incredibly detail oriented, and can manage a content calendar or host an event without hiccups.
  • You are emotionally intelligent, and can empathize with our diverse user base.
  • You are analytical, aggressively tracking your content performance and experiments.
  • You care about public education, and building accessible 21st century learning communities.
